Chocolate Top Overnight Oats

ingredients

  • 1 dl oats
  • 1 dl milk
  • 3 tbsp vanilla kesam
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder

method

  1. Mix together oatmeal, vanilla whipped cream / yogurt, milk and vanilla sugar. Let it swell for at least 15-20 min or overnight.
  2. Heat cocoa powder with coconut oil on low heat to a saucepan.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture over the porridge and leave it to cool for approx. 5-10 min until it hardens.
  4. Top it with fruits and berries.
