- 1 dl oats
- 1 dl milk
- 3 tbsp vanilla kesam
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
- Mix together oatmeal, vanilla whipped cream / yogurt, milk and vanilla sugar. Let it swell for at least 15-20 min or overnight.
- Heat cocoa powder with coconut oil on low heat to a saucepan.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the porridge and leave it to cool for approx. 5-10 min until it hardens.
- Top it with fruits and berries.
