The world's most delicious chocolate spread that melts on the sourdough bread and tastes absolutely heavenly
- 200 g dark baking chocolate
- 50 g butter
- 2 dl plant-based whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Whip the cream for a few minutes so that it becomes slightly fluffy, and pour it over the chocolate and butter mixture. Mix well together. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes. Pour everything into a clean glass and refrigerate for around 4 hours or overnight.
- Toast a slice of sourdough bread in a pan or toaster. Place a layer of the chocolate spread on the slice, and decorate with edible flowers to make the toast a little extra delicate.
