- 20 x medjool dates
- 1/2 x orange
- 3 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1 c shredded coconut
- Grate the orange zest and add to a food processor along with the fruit flesh.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until a smooth dough forms.
- Shape the dough into balls and cover them in shredded coconut. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer, in an airtight container.
