Chocolate-Orange Bliss Balls

ingredients

  • 20 x medjool dates
  • 1/2 x orange
  • 3 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 1 c shredded coconut

method

  1. Grate the orange zest and add to a food processor along with the fruit flesh.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Shape the dough into balls and cover them in shredded coconut. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer, in an airtight container.
