
Ingredients
- 1 x ripe banana
 - 1 tbsp shredded coconut
 - 1 dl oats
 - 1 pinch salt
 - 1 dl milk
 - 1 tsp dutch-process cocoa powder
 
Method
- Mash the banana with a fork.
 - Combine with cocoa powder, shredded coconut, oatmeal and salt.
 - Finally, stir through the milk and put the porridge in the fridge overnight, or at least for a couple of hours.
