Chocolate Chia Pudding

Chocolate Chia Pudding


  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 dl milk
  • 3 tbsp vanilla kesam
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


  1. Mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla kesam, sugar and ⅔ of the cocoa powder to a bowl.
  2. Let the batter swell for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
  3. Heat the rest of the cocoa powder with coconut oil on low heat to a saucepan.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the porridge and leave it to cool for approx. 5-10 min until it hardens.
