- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 dl milk
- 3 tbsp vanilla kesam
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla kesam, sugar and ⅔ of the cocoa powder to a bowl.
- Let the batter swell for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
- Heat the rest of the cocoa powder with coconut oil on low heat to a saucepan.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the porridge and leave it to cool for approx. 5-10 min until it hardens.
