- 1 dl rice
- 200 g kidney beans
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/4 x lime
- Note: In this recipe, we are using a meat stew and mango salsa that were made earlier this weekly menu.
- Boil rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Warm up the meat stew over the stove and add canned kidney beans at the end.
- Serve with mango salsa, sour cream, cilantro and lime.
