- 1 x sweet potato
- 1 x beetroot
- 1/2 x green apple
- 1/2 x red onion
- 1/2 dl sour cream
- 200 g chicken breast
- 1 tbsp butter
- Dice the sweet potato, and boil in a pot of water until soft.
- Peel the beetroot. Then, grate it along with the apple and red onion. Mix in a bowl together with sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken fillet in a frying pan with your herbs/spices of choice.
- Once the sweet potato pieces are soft, pour out the water and add butter, salt and pepper. Mash with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
