Ingredients
- 200 g fusilli
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch curry spice
- 1 x red onion
- 1 x red pepper
- 100 g chicken breast
- 4 handful lettuce
- 2 x tomato
- 1 can feta cheese
- 1 handful cashews
Method
- Cook the pasta in a pot with water and salt.
- Cut bell pepper, red onion and the chicken in small strips. Fry it in a pan with oil. Add some curry spices.
- Drain the pasta and add the bell pepper, paprika and chicken.
- Mix salad with the pasta. Serve on a plate and top with sliced tomatos, feta cheese and cashew nuts.
