Chicken Pizza

  • 3 1/2 dl plain white flour
  • 1/4 pack dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 dl lukewarm water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 125 g mozzarella

  1. In this dinner, you will use the chicken sauce you made the day before as part of the weekly menu.
  2. To a bowl make the pizza dough by mixing together the wheat flour, dry yeast, lukewarm water and salt. Knead the dough for about ten minutes and leave it to rise until it doubles in size.
  3. Set the oven to 250 degrees celsius. Roll out the dough to a round flat shape and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Add the chicken sauce you made the day before to this week's menu.
  4. Tear fresh mozzarella into pieces and place the pieces on the pizza. Bake on the bottom rack for 20 minutes until the pizza turns golden.
  5. Top it off with some greens and enjoy!
