Chicken Nuggets made with Soft Tortilla Chips

ingredients

  • 25 g tortilla chips
  • 1/2 dl plain white flour
  • 1/2 x eggs
  • 1 x chicken breast

method

  1. Run tortilla chips in a blender or crush them by hand until you have a fine flour.
  2. As crushed tortilla chips, eggs and flour in separate bowls.
  3. Beat the chicken fillet flat with a rolling pin, then cut it into pieces.
  4. Dip each chicken piece first in flour, then in eggs and finally in tortilla chips. Fry in neutral oil or fry in a frying pan with butter or oil until the pieces have turned golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve with ketchup, a delicious salsa or dip.
