- 1 handful cheese
- 3 x eggs
- 1 x chicken breast
- 1 x tomato
- 1/2 x red pepper
- 1/2 x red onion
- 1 handful rocket
- Grate the cheese with a grater or use grated cheese.
- Fry the chicken on medium heat in a frying pan while whisking together the eggs.
- Cut up the vegetables.
- Remove the chicken from the frying pan when it is cooked through and spread the cheese and egg over the pan.
- When the omelette starts to harden, you can put the chicken and vegetables on top before rolling it up.
