• 1 handful cheese
  • 3 x eggs
  • 1 x chicken breast
  • 1 x tomato
  • 1/2 x red pepper
  • 1/2 x red onion
  • 1 handful rocket


  1. Grate the cheese with a grater or use grated cheese.
  2. Fry the chicken on medium heat in a frying pan while whisking together the eggs.
  3. Cut up the vegetables.
  4. Remove the chicken from the frying pan when it is cooked through and spread the cheese and egg over the pan.
  5. When the omelette starts to harden, you can put the chicken and vegetables on top before rolling it up.
