Carrot Top Pesto

ingredients

  • 1 handful carrot tops
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 dl sunflower seeds
  • 50 g parmesan
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 dl extra virgin olive oil
  • null null salt
  • null null black pepper

method

  1. MIx all ingredients in a blender or mortar until smooth consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with pizza, burger, pasta, salad or bread!
