Carrot Cake Overnight Oats!


  • 1 dl oats
  • 1 x carrots
  • 1 dl vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 dl milk


  1. Grind the oats in a blender until it has turned to flour.
  2. Grate the carrot and add to a jam jar along with vanilla yogurt, cinnamon and maple syrup. Mix/shake well.
  3. Add the oat flour and stir to combine. Pour in your milk of choice, put the lid on, give it a good shake, and store in the fridge overnight or at least for a couple of hours.
