Cake Pops from Cake Leftovers


  • 2 dl carrot cake
  • 1/2 dl shredded coconut


  1. In this recipe we use carrot cake, but you can use any cake leftovers as long as they have icing.
  2. Mash the cake leftovers with a fork. Shape the dough into balls cover them with shredded coconut.
  3. Store cake pops in an airtight container in the freezer and they will last for months. Depending upon the size, they'll need 5-10 minutes to thaw at room temperature.
