Buddha bowl with chickpeas and pita bread

Ingredients

  • 200 g chickpeas
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp curry spice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ x cucumber
  • ½ x avocado
  • ½ x red onion
  • ⅓ x summer crisp lettuce

Method

  1. Fry the chickpeas in a frying pan together with olive oil, curry and salt until the chickpeas turn golden.
  2. In this recipe we use tzatziki and pita bread that were made earlier this weekly menu.
  3. Cut the cucumber, avocado, red onion and salad and add to a bowl together with the chickpeas. Serve the bowl with pita bread and tzatziki.
