Brussels Sprouts Salad with Blue Cheese and Bacon

ingredients

  • 100 g frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 70 g diced bacon
  • 1 x garlic baguettes
  • 1/3 x leeks
  • 1 x pear
  • 50 g blue cheese
  • 1/2 x rocket
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

method

  1. Divide the Brussels sprouts in half and bake in the middle of the oven at 220 degrees celsius with the bacon for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Bake the garlic bread according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Slice leeks, pear and blue cheese.
  4. In a bowl, combine rocket, olive oil, fried Brussels sprouts, bacon, leeks and pear. Top with blue cheese and serve with warm garlic baguette.
