- 50 g butter
- 3/4 dl plain white flour
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt flakes
- 1 x eggs
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees celsius.
- Melt the butter.
- Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder and sea salt in a bowl. Pour in the melted butter and mix together. Finally, stir in the egg.
- Pour the batter into a small, ovenproof dish (approx. 15 x 15 cm), and bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.
