Broccoli gratin with bacon and parmesan

ingredients

  • 100 g bacon
  • 4 x potatoes
  • 1/4 x broccoli
  • 1/2 x red onion
  • 100 g parmesan
  • 1/4 pack parsley

method

  1. For this dinner we use broccoli soup that was made earlier this week menu.
  2. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry it in a frying pan until crispy.
  3. Cut potatoes, broccoli and red onion into cubes and add to a bowl together with broccoli soup.
  4. Mix together and add in a fireproof form. Top with grated parmesan and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  5. Top with finely chopped parsley.
