Bounty Overnight Oats

ingredients

  • 1 dl oats
  • 1 dl coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cacao

method

  1. In a bowl, mix together oats, coconut milk, coconut yogurt, coconut mass and sugar.
  2. Heat cocoa powder with coconut oil on low heat to a saucepan.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture over the porridge and leave it to cool for approx. 5-10 min until it hardens.
