Blondies with Chickpeas and Chocolate

ingredients

  • 1 pack chickpeas
  • 1 1/2 dl peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 dl honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 5 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 g chocolate

method

  1. Mix all the ingredients except from the chocolate in a food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add chopped chocolate to the batter with a spatula.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on to a baking tray. Bake in oven 200 degrees celsius for 20-30 min.
