Bao Buns

ingredients

  • 3 x steam buns
  • 1 x pork ribs
  • 1 x spring onion
  • 1/2 x carrots
  • 1/4 x cucumber
  • 1/2 x chili
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 3 tsp hoisin sauce

method

  1. Steam the steam buns according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Fry the ribs in a frying pan and cut into cubes.
  3. Thinly slice the carrots, cucumber and spring onion into matchsticks, and finely chop the chili and coriander.
  4. Fill the steam buns with hoisin sauce, chopped vegetables and ribs.
