- 1/4 x cauliflower
- 1/4 x swede
- 100 g prosciutto
method
- In this recipe we use cauliflower and swede, but feel free to use any root vegetables you have on hand.
- Cut the cauliflower into bouquets and the swede into strips. Twist the prosciutto around each vegetable piece.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 220 degrees celsius for about 20 minutes.
