Baked Corn on the Cob with Feta Cheese

ingredients

  • 2 x fresh corn on the cob
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch red pepper spice
  • 1/2 x lime
  • 20 g feta cheese

method

  1. Clean the leaf on the corn cob. Top with butter, paprika spices and a little salt. Wrap it in aluminum foil and bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 min.
  2. Top with feta cheese and lime and serve!
