Baguettes with Cream Cheese Filling

Baguettes with Cream Cheese Filling


  • 1/2 x red onion
  • 1/4 x leeks
  • 75 g ham
  • 50 g cream cheese with herbs and spices
  • 1 dl crème fraîche
  • 4 x baguettes
  • 4 slices cheese


  1. Cut red onion, leaks and ham into cubes.
  2. Mix together cream cheese and creme fraiche to a big bowl, add the chopped ingredients and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut the baguettes halfway, add the filling to the baguettes and top with cheese. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees celcius for 15 minutes.
