- 2 cl bourbon
- 2 cl apple liqueur
- 4 cl apple juice
- 4 cl simple sirup
- 4 cl heavy cream
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Mix together bourbon, apple liqueur, apple juice, cinnamon and half of the sugar sheet in a shaker with ice and shake for about 1 minute.
- Transfer the drink to a whiskey glass and shake the cream and the rest of the sugar sheet without ice cubes, until the cream has thickened. This takes about 4-5 minutes.
- Top the drink with heavy cream and serve with extra cinnamon.
