- 50 g almond flour
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 tbsp sugar free powdered sugar
- 1 x eggs
- To a saucepan, add flour, chia seeds, sugar and cream.
- Stir until it starts to simmer.
- Stir in the egg and set the saucepan aside.
- Serve the porridge with your favorite topping!
