3-Ingredient Blueberry Pie!

ingredients

  • 1 x puff pastry sheet
  • 1 dl vanilla sauce
  • 2 dl blueberries

method

  1. You may use self-picked blueberries or the frozen ones from the store.
  2. Allow the puff pastry sheets to thaw for about 20 minutes on the kitchen counter.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.
  4. Roll out the dough until thin. Divide the sheet in half, creating two equal-size squares. Prick a few holes in the dough with a fork.
  5. Spread the vanilla sauce/custard across the squares and sprinkle the blueberries on top.
  6. Fold each corner towards the middle and squeeze them flat with a fork.
  7. You may sprinkle the pastries with some sugar before baking if you'd like.
  8. Bake the pastries in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
