Almonds and Chocolate Meringue

 Almonds and Chocolate Meringue


  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 x egg white
  • 50 g almonds
  • 50 g dark baking chocolate


  1. Add sugar in a blender and mix until it has become powdered sugar.
  2. Whisk together the powdered sugar and egg whites until completely stiff.
  3. Coarsely chop almonds and dark chocolate, and vend in to the mixture.
  4. With a tablespoon spread the batter on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees celsius hot air for about 15-20 minutes. Cool first on the baking tray, then transfer to a rack.
