Anelise is a foodie with a capital F and a gluten-free geek. She is passionate about developing delicious and easy gluten-free recipes that can be enjoyed by everyone. Anelise's children have celiac disease and she knows how difficult it can be to find gluten-free recipes that taste good and are easy to make. That is why it is her goal to make gluten-free baking more accessible to everyone. Anelise uses naturally gluten-free ingredients to achieve the best taste and texture. Anelise also shares recipes on her Instagram profile @anelise_severinsen, where she has about 15k followers. She is also an active blogger and has published three gluten-free books. In 2021, Anelise took part in the television program The Great Danish Bake-off, where she baked gluten-free delicacies all the way up to the final. She subsequently won both the New Year's competition and the vegan version of the program. Anelise's goal is to create togetherness and a food community between those who eat with and without gluten. She believes that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy good food together, regardless of whether they have celiac disease or not.
