Creamy Fish Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • ⅓ x leeks
  • 2 x carrot
  • 2 x potatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 x fish broth
  • 5 dl water
  • 1 x garlic baguettes
  • 1 dl cream
  • 200 g cod fillet

Method

  1. Dice the vegetables.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan and fry the garlic and leeks until soft. Add potatoes and carrots, and cook for another minute.
  3. Add fish bouillon and water, and let the soup simmer until the carrots and potatoes have become tender.
  4. Bake the garlic bread in the oven according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Cut the cod fillet into cubes, and add to the soup along with the cream. Let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and serve the fish soup with warm garlic bread.
